Winter Concert - December 6, 2018

Join us for our 15th Annual Winter Concert - "Sleigh Ride" This evening of music will feature the KHS Concert Band, Jazz Band and small ensembles. Thursday, December 6, 2018 7:00 PM KHS Cafeteria Admission: cash donation in support of KHS Music Raffle and concession items available for cash purchase before and during the show Non-perishable food items will be collected to support the Georgina Food Pantry.

On Thursday, March 5th our Concert Band, KHS Association of Music Parents, and the Hospitality program are hosting a “Fundraising Pasta Dinner and Silent Auction” in the Keswick High School cafeteria. The goal of this event is to raise funds to offset costs for our trip to the Collingwood Regional Music Festival, as well as any other potential trip or guest artist expenses. Dinner will be served starting at 6:30 pm, and the Concert Band is scheduled to perform at approximately 7:15 p.m. The menu will include a garden salad, pasta with choice of sauce, garlic bread, dessert, and juice/water. Gluten free pasta will be available on request. We have many excellent silent auction items available for bidding this year, thanks to our amazing Association of Music Parents volunteers! Tickets are available via school cash online or by advance cash purchase through members of the Concert Band until Thursday, February 27th.

York Music Camp 2018 Information Available Now

All KHS band and vocal students are invited to register for York Music Camp from Thursday, September 20th to Sunday, September 23rd, 2018. Download the registration forms or get a copy in the Music Room! Four days and three nights full of music and camp activities, all meals, accommodation and transportation to camp. The camp fee is $395. An optional return bus is available for a fee. Online deposits and payment will be available by mid-July on School Cash Online . Registration forms & money are due by Fri day, September 14, 2018 . Fundraising will be available for this trip in late August. Ask Mr. Cameron for more information.
